Các tính năng chính của cốt vợt DONIC Alligator Combi mới là sự khác biệt về tốc độ giữa thuận tay và trái tay chơi bên.

Cốt vợt được là sự kết hợp 5 lớp gỗ và  được chế tác một cách cẩn thận để tạo ra sự hài hòa, hoàn hảo để tạo nên sự khác biệt về tốc độc và khả năng kiểm soát bóng của mỗi bên . Cốt lõi được làm bằng gỗ Balsa mềm mà làm cho cốt rất nhẹ và tương đối cứng . Ở phía bên thuận tay tốc độ nhanh hơn được trong khi cho phía bên trái tay tốc độ chậm hơn và khả năng kiểm soát bóng được tăng cao. Kết quả là sức mạnh vượt trội có thể đạt được khi chơi phía thuận tay và kiểm soát tuyệt vời khi chơi phòng thủ xa bàn với phía trái tay .

DONIC Alligator Combi độc đáo ở chỗ nó bổ sung cho cả hai lối chơi phòng thủ xa bàn và gần bàn.

The main feature of the new DONIC Alligator Combi blade is the difference in speed between the forehand and backhand playing sides. 

The AR+/Def+ blade is made of a 5-ply combination which has been carefully crafted to create perfect harmony between the different playing characteristics of each side. The core is made of soft Balsa wood which makes the blade very light and relatively stiff. On the forehand side, two harder and faster veneers are used, whereas for the backhand side somewhat softer and therefore slower veneers are used. The result is that outstanding power can be achieved when playing topspin shots with the forehand side and fantastic control is guaranteed when playing a defensive game away from the table with the backhand side. The DONIC Alligator Combi is unique in that it complements both defensive play away from the table and attacking strokes and blocks close to the table. Players who use disturbing rubber sheets such as Anti and long pimple rubbers will be especially amazed by the enhanced playing possibilities of this blade.
